Center for Projects Plovdiv is a partner in VCNYC, an 18-month project under the Erasmus+ programme. VCNYC aims to improve the quality of youth volunteer management in the cultural sector across Romania, Bulgaria and North Macedonia, building coordinator capacity, establishing a sustainable transnational network, and creating freely accessible tools — a practical manual and a collaborative platform — that will serve cultural organisations beyond the project's lifetime.
Implementation
The project implements five activities: overall coordination; development of a collaborative online platform and a practical volunteer management manual; a four-day capacity-building training in Plovdiv; a 16-month digital marketing and data collection campaign; and three local workshops in Sibiu, Plovdiv and Skopje reaching up to 60 cultural organisations.
